Notes

2024 is a high-strength copper-bearing aluminum common in aerospace. It machines much like other wrought aluminum; values mirror 6061/7075 with conservative carbide speeds. Power-model constants: Kc1.1 and mc are class-typical values; unit HP is derived from Kc, not independently published.
